Regulations and Compliance
At Decal®, product quality goes hand in hand with our commitment to safety, sustainability, and legal compliance. We continuously work to ensure that all our processes and materials meet the most demanding European and international regulations.
REACH
Regulation
Compliance with chemical and hazardous substances control
Digidelta ensures full compliance with the REACH regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals), in force since 2006. This legislation places greater responsibility on companies for managing risks associated with chemical substances, particularly Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs).
From the outset, we have worked closely with our suppliers to ensure our products meet all applicable requirements, now and in the future.
RoHS
Directive
Restriction of hazardous substances in the acquisition of production equipment
Digidelta adheres to the RoHS Directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) when selecting and acquiring its production equipment. This policy ensures that the equipment used does not contain prohibited levels of substances such as lead, mercury, or cadmium, promoting responsible and sustainable manufacturing practices.
SVHC
Compliance
Selected suppliers with up-to-date product registration
To ensure ongoing compliance with the REACH regulation and other relevant standards, Digidelta works exclusively with suppliers who maintain up-to-date registrations of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) in their products.
This careful selection reinforces our commitment to user safety and environmental protection.
